Where does On se la Pet come from?

The company On se la Pet is located in France, in Châtellerault.

Are your accessories resistant?

It is important to note that there is no specific regulatory standard for dog accessories sold on the French market. However, at On se la Pet, the safety of your companion and the durability of our products are our priorities.
This is why we have had the robustness of our accessories tested by a specialized reference center, the CRITT (Regional Center for Innovation and Technology Transfer).

Will there be new colors and new products?

Of course! The colors Tropical Beige, Night Blue, Pastel Green and Lilac are our 4 launch colors. I hope to be able to offer you new colors very soon and expand our product catalog!

How to clean our accessories?

For small stains, use a gentle hand wash using warm water and gentle soap.

For muddier walks, you can put your accessories in the washing machine at 30°C max and without spinning. Be sure to place them in a pillowcase or a cover for delicate laundry to limit the shocks of the metal buckles.

Can I return an accessory if it doesn't fit?

Obviously, you have 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise your right of withdrawal.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
-Not be a personalized product (ID tags).
-Be in its original condition, unused and undamaged.
- Free from dirt and hair.
-Be returned with all tags.
-Have been purchased directly on our website www.onselapet.com .

How long does it take to receive an order?

Once you receive the order confirmation email, your order is prepared and shipped within 48 hours.

Delivery times depend on the delivery method chosen at checkout. As an indication, here are the times provided by our carriers:

  • Europe : 5 to 10 working days
  • International : 10 to 20 business days

We ship worldwide and our shipping costs are calculated based on your address and the shipping method you choose.

I entered the wrong delivery address, what should I do?

Otherwise and in accordance with our general conditions of sale, once an order has been sent from our warehouse, no further changes can be made.
