- Guarantee of Conformity : SAS On se la Pet Développement is committed to offering high-quality dog collars, leashes and harnesses. Our products have undergone rigorous testing at the CRITT (Regional Center for Innovation and Technology Transfer) in Châtellerault, guaranteeing the resistance of materials, buckles and seams. Although there are no specific standards for dog accessories, we rely on these tests to ensure the safety and durability of our products.
- Warranty Duration : Our products are covered by a limited warranty of 1 month from the date of receipt of purchase. This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects in collars, leashes, harnesses and dog collars, and excludes damage resulting from improper use, misuse or accidents.
- Warranty Exclusions :
- We do not guarantee that the straps are resistant to dog bites.
- We do not guarantee that the metal rings are resistant to sea water, although they are designed to withstand swimming in fresh water and gentle washing at 30°C in the machine (accessories protected in a washing cover, limiting shocks to the buckles, and without spinning).
- We do not guarantee the resistance of our accessories to friction or movements on abrasive surfaces or situations that may deteriorate the quality of the accessories.
- We do not guarantee the resistance of the straps and harnesses during play between dogs or other animals, especially when they grab each other by the accessories.
- We do not guarantee that our harness model will withstand extreme canine activities exerting too high and repetitive pulling force (e.g. Canicross, Cani-VTT, Mushing, etc.)
- Training and Use : Accessories, especially harnesses, are not a substitute for good heel training. If a dog pulls excessively and repeatedly, this could affect the lifespan of the accessories. For dogs that pull hard on the lead, we recommend a suitable anti-pull harness.
- Regular checks and responsibility : It is the Customer's responsibility to regularly check the adjustment of the straps, the general condition of the accessories, including the seams and the buckles, to avoid any risk of accident or injury to the dog. Any sign of deterioration must be taken into account immediately for the safety of the animal, its owner and its environment. The Seller cannot be held responsible for damage, accidents or injuries resulting from negligence in the maintenance of the accessories, incorrect adjustment or inappropriate use. The Customer accepts that any failure to comply with these recommendations may result in the exclusion of any warranty or recourse against the Seller.
