All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.
3) Delivery times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the delivery method chosen:
Delivery to your home :
- Metropolitan France : 3 to 5 working days
- Europe : 5 to 10 working days
- International : 10 to 20 business days
Delivery to Relay Point:
- Metropolitan France : 3 to 5 working days
- Europe : 5 to 10 working days
- International : Not available
Please note that these times are given as an indication and may vary depending on transport conditions and the time of year.
4) Delivery costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. They will be displayed during the order process before finalizing the purchase. Shipping costs include packaging and handling fees.
5) Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. You can also check the status of your order directly on our website, in the "My Account" section.
6) Delivery Zones
We currently deliver to Metropolitan France, Europe and Internationally. If you would like delivery to an area not covered by our service, please contact us at contact@onselapet.com to discuss available options.
7) Delivery Problems
In case of delivery problem (delay, lost package, damaged package), please contact us at contact@onselapet.com with your order number and details of the problem. We will do our best to resolve the situation as soon as possible.
8) Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the Customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
9) Customs Restrictions and Taxes

10) Packaging
We take great care to package your products well so that they arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged package, please notify us immediately and provide photos of the condition of the packaging and products.
