Are your accessories resistant?
It is important to note that there is no specific regulatory standard for canine accessories sold on the market.
However, at On se la Pet, the safety of your companion and the durability of our products are our priorities.
This is why we have had the robustness of our accessories tested by a specialized reference center, the CRITT (Regional Center for Innovation and Technology Transfer).
Can I return an accessory if it doesn't fit?
Obviously, you have 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise your right of withdrawal.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
-Not be a personalized product (ID Tags).
-Be in its original condition, unused and undamaged.
- Free from dirt and hair.
-Be returned with all tags.
-Have been purchased directly on our website www.onselapet.com .

Are your products suitable for all dogs?
Our products have been developed with the support of experts in the canine world to ensure that they are comfortable and suitable for different dog morphologies, even bulldogs!
What sizes are available for the harness?
Our harness model is available in several sizes, ranging from XS to XL. To choose the right size, measure your dog's chest circumference just behind the front legs and refer to our detailed size guide available on the different colors.
Are the leads comfortable in the hand?
Our leads feature a soft neoprene padded handle, providing a nice, comfortable grip, even on long walks.
How to transform the leash into a shoulder strap?
Simply attach the leash's carabiner to the D-ring at the end of the handle, then loop the leash across your body. This allows you to have your hands free while keeping your dog safe.
How to clean your accessories?
- For small stains, use a gentle hand wash using warm water and Marseille soap.
- For returns from muddier walks, you can put your accessories in the washing machine at 30°C max and without spinning. Be sure to
place in a pillowcase or delicates cover to limit shock from the metal buckles.
